Azimuth created an integrated digital suite for modern restaurants, encompassing a customizable QR Menu, an interactive Tablet Menu platform, and a QR-based Customer Review module. This solution enhances the customer dining experience while providing restaurants with powerful tools for menu management, feedback collection, and operational insights via a Unified Administration Panel.
(MY APPROACAH)
We developed modular web-based components (QR Menu, Tablet Menu frontend, Review form) integrated via APIs with a central backend and Unified Admin Panel. The system allows real-time menu updates and feedback monitoring. Customization options (colors, fonts, layouts) were built-in. Direct integration with the restaurant's CRM system enables personalized customer follow-up based on review data, supported by a visual analytics dashboard.
(VISION & INNOVATION)
Our vision was to empower restaurants to modernize their customer interactions, improve operational efficiency, and leverage data for continuous service improvement. We aimed to bridge the gap between the physical dining experience and digital convenience, providing tools that are hygienic, cost-effective, and enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
(CHALLENGES)
Integrating the various modules (QR, Tablet, Review, Admin Panel, CRM) seamlessly presented a challenge, particularly ensuring real-time data synchronization for menu updates and feedback. Designing highly customizable yet user-friendly interfaces for both customers and administrators required careful planning. Building a robust analytics engine to provide meaningful insights from review data was also a key technical task.
(PROBLEMS)
Restaurants faced challenges with traditional paper menus, including hygiene concerns, the cost and delay of reprinting for updates, and inefficient methods for collecting customer feedback. There was often a disconnect between customer reviews and actionable operational improvements or CRM follow-ups. Existing digital solutions might lack integration or customization.
(USER-CENTRIC DESIGN)
The customer-facing elements prioritize ease of use: simple QR code scanning directs users to clean, navigable digital menus (QR/Tablet) and a straightforward review submission form. The Tablet Menu offers visually engaging layouts (e.g., symmetrical, split-design, item highlights). The Admin Panel provides restaurant staff with an intuitive interface for managing menus, viewing real-time feedback, accessing analytics, and managing optional customer contact details for follow-up.
(USER NEEDS)
Diners needed quick, contactless access to menus and an easy way to provide feedback. Restaurant managers required a simple system to instantly update menu items/prices, monitor customer satisfaction in real-time, analyze feedback trends, and optionally respond to specific customer concerns using provided contact details.
